About the service
BIMCAD Projects ("Service") is a web-based platform for BIMCAD Studio to manage clients, projects, team assignments, time tracking, billing, invoicing, and related file storage. The Service is intended for authorized business users only, not for general public consumer use.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be invited and provisioned by an administrator. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify your administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Roles and acceptable use
Features available to you depend on your assigned role (Super Admin, Admin, or Employee). You agree to:
- Use the Service only for lawful business purposes related to BIMCAD Studio operations
- Not attempt to bypass permissions or access data you are not authorized to view
- Not disrupt, probe, or compromise the security or availability of the Service
- Not upload unlawful, malicious, or infringing content
Customer data
Your organization retains ownership of data entered into the Service, including client records, project information, time entries, invoices, and uploaded files. You grant us a limited license to host, process, back up, and display that data solely to provide the Service.
Billing and financial information
Financial figures, rates, and invoices in the Service are for internal business operations. Visibility of sensitive financial data is restricted by role. You are responsible for the accuracy of data your organization enters and for compliance with applicable tax and accounting rules.
Third-party integrations
Optional integrations (such as Google Drive) are governed by the third party's terms and policies. Administrators who connect external services represent that they have authority to do so and to store or sync content through those services. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update features, interfaces, or these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by other reasonable means. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties not expressly stated here. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service and its users. Your organization may deactivate accounts according to internal policies. Upon termination, data handling will follow your organization's agreements with BIMCAD Studio and applicable law.
